No. You can leave the preferred date blank and select Flexible for the time. Billy will contact you to discuss the project and arrange a visit. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment.

Yes. Email photos to billy@chimneychiefs.com. Include your name and property town, especially if you also submit the request form. Photos taken from the ground are fine.
